Do you ship electric bikes nationwide?
Yes, Surron Vault ships to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We use LTL freight carriers for full-size electric bikes. Flat-rate shipping is $250 nationwide. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from our Little Rock, AR warehouse.
Are your used bikes inspected before sale?
Yes. Every used electric bike we list undergoes a full mechanical inspection by our technicians. We check the motor, battery, brakes, throttle, suspension, and electrical system. Any issues are repaired before listing.
Do you offer local pickup in Little Rock?
Yes! Free local pickup is available at our showroom at 4509 W Dixon Rd, Little Rock, AR 72206. Our hours are Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST. Call us at +1 (870) 212-9785 to schedule.
What electric bike brands do you carry?
We carry Sur-Ron, MotoTec, Drift Hero, HappyRun, Eunorau, 79Bike, and Hiboy. We source all inventory directly from verified distributors. Our inventory includes models for kids, beginners, and experienced off-road riders.
Can I test ride before buying?

What is your return policy?
New bikes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used bikes have a 14-day return window. Bikes must be in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Do Sur-Ron bikes require registration or a license?
It depends on your state and how you use the bike. Most Sur-Ron models are used off-road and do not require registration for off-road use. Some models (Ultra Bee street legal) can be registered for road use in certain states. Check your local regulations or contact us for guidance.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. LTL freight delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after pickup, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do the bikes come assembled?
Most bikes ship partially assembled and require minor setup (handlebars, mirrors, pedals where applicable). Detailed assembly instructions are included. If you are local, we can fully assemble your bike at our shop.
