About Surron Vault
Surron Vault is a family-owned electric bike shop in Little Rock, Arkansas. We have been selling and servicing electric off-road and commuter bikes since 2022, from a physical storefront you can walk into, at an address you can check.
We are an independent retailer. We are not a manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands whose products we sell. We buy inventory, inspect it, and resell it — that is the whole business, and we would rather state it plainly than dress it up.
Where to Find Us
A real address, real hours, and a phone number that reaches us:
- Address: 4509 W Dixon Rd, Little Rock, AR 72206
- Phone: +1 (870) 224-9715
- Email: info@surronvault.com
- Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (closed Sunday)
Local customers are welcome to visit, sit on the bikes, and test ride before buying. If you are driving any distance, call ahead so we can confirm a specific bike is on the floor.
What We Sell
We currently list over 200 products across 14 categories, from roughly $15 accessories to full-size electric motorcycles. That includes new and used Sur-Ron bikes, electric dirt bikes, commuter and cargo e-bikes, mountain and fat tire bikes, kids bikes, JRat Customs builds, and replacement parts.
Brands in stock include Sur-Ron, Rad Power, TREK, Specialized, AOSTIR, MotoTec, Segway, Talaria, RAWRR, HappyRun, Hiboy, Eunorau, Drift Hero, Fabulous, Freego, Altis, 79Bike, and JRat Customs. Inventory changes as bikes sell, so the shop is always the accurate picture — not this page.
How We Handle Used Bikes
This is the part of the business we would want a buyer to judge us on. Every used bike we list is mechanically inspected and test-ridden by our own staff before it goes up for sale. We go through the motor, battery, brakes, throttle, suspension, and electrical system, and anything we find gets repaired before the bike is offered. We do not list bikes with known faults and discount them.
We ride the bikes we sell. That is not a slogan — it is how a fault gets found before a customer finds it. If a used bike has wear, non-original parts, or a history worth knowing about, we would rather tell you up front than have you discover it in week three.
If you are shopping used anywhere, our used electric dirt bike inspection checklist is the same checklist we use in the shop. Take it with you, including to other sellers.
Shipping and Pickup
- We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
- Full-size bikes travel in a wooden crate on a pallet by LTL freight, partially assembled, delivered curbside.
- Free local pickup at our Little Rock showroom, handed over fully assembled.
- Full details, including what you need to uncrate a bike, are on our shipping policy.
Our Policies, Plainly
- Returns: 30 days on new bikes, 14 days on used bikes. See the return & refund policy.
- Warranty: new bikes carry manufacturer warranty coverage; used bikes are covered by our own limited terms. See the warranty page.
- Pricing: the price on the listing is the price you pay. No hidden fees added at checkout.
- Off-road and street use: whether a bike can be registered for road use depends on your state and how the bike is configured. We will tell you how a specific unit is equipped, but you should confirm requirements with your own state before buying.
What We Will Tell You
If a bike is wrong for you, we will say so — including when that means recommending the cheaper one, or telling you the model you had in mind is too tall, too heavy, or too fast for the rider you are buying for. A returned bike helps nobody.
If we do not know something, we will say that too. We do not publish specifications we cannot verify, and where manufacturers publish conflicting figures between regions, we say so rather than picking the flattering number.
Questions Before You Buy
Tell us your height, your experience level, and where you actually plan to ride, and we will give you a straight recommendation. Reach us through the contact page, by phone at +1 (870) 224-9715, or by email at info@surronvault.com. Common questions are answered on our FAQ, and our guides cover model comparisons and ownership advice in more depth.
