Warranty Policy
Surron Vault stands behind every bike we sell. Here is what you can expect from our warranty coverage.
New Bikes – Manufacturer Warranty
All new electric bikes sold at Surron Vault come with the full manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage varies by brand:
- Sur-Ron: 1-year limited warranty on electrical components; 6 months on battery
- MotoTec: 6-month manufacturer’s warranty on motor and controller
- Drift Hero: 6-month manufacturer’s warranty on electrical components
- Other brands: Warranty as specified by the manufacturer
Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from crashes, misuse, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Used Bikes – Surron Vault 30-Day Limited Warranty
All used electric bikes sold by Surron Vault come with our 30-day limited warranty covering major mechanical defects discovered after purchase. This includes:
- Motor failure not disclosed at time of sale
- Battery capacity significantly below listed specification
- Controller or electrical failure under normal use
This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, consumables (tires, brakes), or damage caused by the buyer after delivery.
